Kaesyn has been GREAT. Thursday we took him to Topeka to his pediatrician, and his oxygen was 92% which is scary since he was having a GREAT day. He had some wheezing but he has been worse. Not a lot of coughing. We took Gabby to chuck e cheeses since her birthday and christmas money was burning a hole in her pocket, she bought her own tokens, and grandma and i bought our lunch. Gabby gave Kaesyn a few tokens and he had a blast, probably just as much fun as she did!! We came home and had snacks and went to bed 3 hours before the new year rang in!!! nothing like celebrating the new year while sleeping!!:)
Friday was a good day for Kaesyn to, I am thinking the hospital turned him against his meds, ever since we left that place i have to fight him to take his meds, it has never been this difficult!!!!! He had his wheezing as normal, but nothing to horrible. Today he woke up pretty congested and has been coughing, it sounds like a different cough though, sounds like he may be getting some stuff up. We are about to do meds, and then eat breakfast. We slept until 8:00 this morning!! WOW! I havent woken up while it was light out side in a LONG time. I am still so drained and exhausted though. ( i was diagnosed with mono a few weeks ago, yeah just what we needed! luckily its REALLLLY rare for little children to get) I am reallly hoping that the last two days of Kaesyn doing good is a sign he is going back to his normal happy bright eyed self. This kid could light up a room! We go to Walmart often, and all the cashiers know him, and love him. If I go there without him (which isnt very often) they get kind of upset with me! lol! Anyways enough bragging about my amazing child.haha. Monday we should be getting more calls about his pulmonologist and asthma specialist. I am giving it this last chance, if we dont get answers this time, I am taking him to Oklahoma, OU CHILDRENS. My mom lives there and i have great friends there to. Im not sure state insurance will cover it, but oh well, hopefully it does not come down to that.! Anyways Hope everyone has an awesome day!
